Surgery Hours

There will be times when the doctors will not be able to hold normal surgeries as they may be required to attend meetings called by the Primary Care Trust and other agencies to represent the interests of our patients in planning the continuing development of local and regional health care services.

Office Hours

Consultations are by appointment and are available Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm.
On two Wednesdays each month we close at 12 noon for training. The dates are always published in advance. Surgery times on these days will vary.

Out of Hours

Between 8.00 - 8.30am telephone lines are closed except for medical emergencies. If you telephone during these times you will hear a recorded message giving an emergency number. If your call is not urgent please call again after 8.30am.

If you telephone when the surgery is actually closed you will hear a different message. Please follow the instructions or ring Doncaster Emergency Out-of-Hours Service direct on 0845 122 2120. This service is commissioned by Doncaster Primary Care Trust. Your call will be answered by a trained operator who will arrange the most appropriate action for you. This may be advice from a health professional, a trip to the out-of-hours service at Cavendish Court, or a visit from one of the mobile doctors. Calls to out-of-hours will be recorded.

Access

There is easy access for the disabled; please ask if in doubt.

Parking

Parking at the health centre is very limited and it would be much appreciated if it could be reserved for those with mobility problems. The access road and the parking to the rear of the building are for staff and ambulances only. Please do not use the rear for turning around or obstruct the access road.
